This was my first Brazilian wax for a couple of years, and I was dreading it. My previous experience was with strip waxing which was really painful, however the way Ella did it was completely different (hard wax I think), and was so much less painful, just a little uncomfortable. Would 100% recommend. Also Ella was lovely, reassuring, and really professional.

Another great experience. Being pregnant and my first visit to a beauty salon since lockdown I was pretty nervous but I can say I was nicely surprised. The pain was kept to a minimum which was one thing I was worried about being pregnant and I was made to feel very safe. Thank you Frances. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I was dreading my first ever intimate wax expecting it to be really embarrassing and really painful but it was neither of those things!
Nicola made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked into the room. She made sure I was comfortable at regular intervals and was very accommodating to me It wasn’t anywhere near as painful as I was expecting and Nicola made sure I was okay the whole time! She was very friendly and very professional! I’m very happy with the Thank you for turning something I was dreading into such a positive experience! I will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!
