Covid 19 – Policy
As this nasty virus becomes part of our every day life, these are the precautions we are taking to ensure everyone stays safe and that we can continue to operate.
- On entry to our salons we will check your temperature and check if you have any Covid symptoms.
- Hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon, please use it.
- We will ask you to wear a mask for the duration of the trearment and our therapists will be wearing one too.
- To reduce contact time in the salons please arrive exactly on time for your appointment.
- All contact points in the treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected after every client as are high risk contact areas throughout the salon.
- Please attend your appointment alone so that we minimise contacts.
Appointment cancellations due to Covid.
- If we receive more than 24 hours notice from you of your need to cancel due to Covid then we will offer you a full refund or reschedule.
- If we do not receive 24 hours notice then we will retain the prepayment made for your appointment and so no refund will be given.
- If your appointment slot is filled then we can allow a reschedule to another time
- If you wish to book another appointment then a 50% discount will be applied so that you don’t have to pay the full treatment price again.
- We apologise that we cannot be more flexible but in order to continue to operate our services it is a policy we need to adhere to as it looks like Covid is sadly here to stay.
